Day 1 Guangzhou
Take a flight from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to Lhasa Gonggar Airport. Then take a bus to the urban district, enjoy the beautiful view of Brahmaputra River and Lhasa River on the way. After arrival transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 Lhasa/Nyingchi (B+L+D)
After breakfast proceed to Nyingchi, watch the holy lake---Basum Lake on the way. Arrive at Bayi Town and check-in the hotel after breakfast.

Day 3 Nyingchi/Lhasa (B+L+D)
After breakfast go to visit the 2500 years old Big Cypresses. Back to Lhasa along Niyang River, enjoying the amazing view of Niyang River Valley and virgin forest and watching the old Tibetan villages in the distance.

Day 4 Lhasa (B+L+D)
After breakfast visit the highest palace in the world---Potala Palace. In the afternoon proceed to the Jokhang Temple, the holy temple of Tibetan follower. Then visit Barkhor Street, a Tibetan handicraft market.

Day 5 Lhasa/Yanmdrok Lake/Shigatse (B+L+D)
After breakfast take a bus to one of the three holy lakes in Tibet---Yanmdrok Lake, experience her significance. Then proceed to the second biggest city in Tibet---Shigatse. Check-in the hotel after dinner.

Day 6 Shigatse/Lhasa (B+L+D)
After breakfast go to visit Tashilhunpo Monastery. There is a world largest copper statue of Buddhism. Take a bus back to Lhasa, enjoy the beautiful view of Nichi River Valley, Brahmaputra River and grassland in the desert, Nyainqentanglha Range and North Tibet Prairie.

Day 7 Lhasa/ Yangbajing Hot Spring/Lhasa (B+L+D)
After breakfast proceed to the Yangbanjing Hot Spring. Then visit the North Tibet Prairie. In the afternoon take a bus back to lhasa and check-in the hotel after dinner.

Day 8 Lhasa/Guangzhou (B)
After breakfast take a flight to Guangzhou. Journey ends.
