Admission Requirements for Language program
For 18-year-old or above applicants: He/she must be a senior middle school graduate, healhy, without criminal conviction and complies with rules, provisions and laws of P. R. China.
For under-18 applicants: He/she must be a member of a study group or have an appointed guardian in China.
Procedures of Enrollment:
A. Fill and Post (Fax/E-mail) the required documents as following:
1. HubeiNormalUniversity Application Form
2. Physical Examination Record for Foreigner
3. Copies of certificate or diploma of senior middle school
4. Passport (copy)
B. JW202 (visa application form) delivered by the university, Enrollment Notice;
C. Applying for Visa;
D. Come to China, Registration;
E. Paying the tuition, fee for registration, buying textbooks and going to class;
F. Starting the procedures of residential cards.
Documents Required for Processing the Procedures of Residential Cards:
1. Students of Short-term Language Program: Admission application form, passport, copy of passport, JW202, Admission Notice, 6 photos;
2. Students of Long-term Language Program: Admission application form, passport and copy of it, JW202, Admission Notice, 6 photos and Physical Examination Record ;
3. Students for Diploma and/or Degree: Admission Application Form, passport and copy of it, JW202, Admission Notice, 8 photos and Physical Examination Record, 2 letters of recommendation from professors, the last diploma and transcription, Certificate of HSK (scores of HSK).
Accommodation
- The sizes of rooms: Type 1: Single room with one bed;Type 2：Standard room with two beds; Type 3:Student Dorm with four beds . Each room or set is equipped with bathroom, refrigerator, TV, telephone, air-conditioner, and internet line plug.
- Free using of public reading room, entertainment room and computer room.
- Dinning room and laundry are available.
- Estimated cost for one meal is from RMB 5 to 8 yuan.
- Phone and PC Internet access are pay-for-use.
