Hainan Haikou China Youth Travel Service is a branch of China Youth Travel Service Group in the provincial capital of Hainan. It was set up in 1988 as one of the earliest international tour agencies in Hainan.
HHCYTS consists of Domestic Department, Tour Reception Department, Foreign-Related Department, Center of Going Abroad, Center of America & Europe, Center of Asia-Pacific, Comprehensive Department, Aviation Center, Public Relation Center and office, it also has subsidiaries such as its Sanya branch.
The operation of HHCYTS includes the organization and reception of overseas Chinese, people from HongKong, Maco and Taiwan, and other domestic travel groups; organizing Chinese citizens to travel to HongKong, Macao and Twaiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries in the world; working as the deputy of international and domestic flight ticket booking; the transaction of inbound or transit visa; it also engages in transactions such as hotel reservation, conference organization, diving, motorboat and other specialized tour activities .
The tenet of HHCYTS is “sticking to the request of the customers, maintaining the high quality of services and taking credit standing as the priority”. Its workgroup comprises of translators and tour guides who are able to undertake the operations in English, Japanese, German, Spanish, French, Russian, Cantonese and other languages. HHCYTS is incessantly improving its capability to satisfy all the clients.
