Day by day itinerary
Day 1 Nanchang-Xi’an-Lanzhou
Leave Nanchang for Xi’an by plane, and then go to Lanzhou by train.
Day 2 Lanzhou-Xining
After arriving at Lanzhou, visit the Yellow River Mother Statue, ancient waterwheel and the urban landscape of Lanzhou. Go to Xining by bus and visit the beautiful Qinghai Lake. Visit the Riyue Mountain etc.
Day 3 Xining-Lanzhou-Dunhuang
Visit Kumbum Monastery, which is one of the birthplaces of Tibetan Buddhism. Then return to Lanzhou in the afternoon. Go to Dunhuang by train.
Day 4 Dunhuang
Visit the treature of grottos------Mogao Grottos. In the evening, appreciate the night scenery of Dunhuang.
Day 5 Dunhuang- Turfan
In the morning, visit the Whistling Sand Hill and the Moon Spring. In the evening, go to Turfan by train.
Day 6 Turfan-Urumqi
Arrive at Turfan in the morning; visit the Mountain of Flames, Karez, Gaochang Ancient City, and Grape Valley etc.
Day 7 Urumqi-Tianchi Lake-Nanshan Pasture
In the morning, visit the national park----Tianchi Lake, which has crystal clean water and beautiful landscapes. After lunch, go to Nanshan Pasture and experience the life of Kazak nationality. Visit the local big market-----bazaar.
Day 8 Urumqi-Nanchang
Travelers can take free activities after breakfast. Then return to Nanchang by plane and finish the happy journey.
