1.Application Materials
A. Students of the Inter-University Exchanges and Individual Applications fill in the Study-in – China application forms
B. Certificates of latest degree, courses learned and transcripts
C. Recommending Letter
D. Physical Examination Record (Original Record is needed and as well as the Blood Exam), as to the short-term (less than 6 months) applicants, it will not be needed.
E. Individual Applicants need certain Financial Guarantee
2. Time of Applying
Autumn Class: from March 1 to April 30 every year and it can be extended to June 30 or later
Spring Class: from November 1 to December 31 every year
3.Enrollement and Applying for Visa
After receiving the application materials, Naming Xiaozhuang University will check all the materials to see whether they are qualified. The applicants will receive the Admission Notice and JW202 Form; the applicants need to submit applications to Chinese embassies and consulates for X Visa within due terms.
4.Enrollment
The new term will begin on September 1 every year; the applicants can enroll form September 1 to September 5. The University will make introduction about the law, regulations and rules to the applicants; the students have classes on September 11.
Spring term begins with the medium of February or late of February; the definite time will be on the Admission Notice.
The students have to supply for the necessary materials such as passport, Physical Exam Records, Admission Notice and 6 photos of six inch; the students need to pay for tuition and accommodations as well when they enroll at the new term.
The students who can't enroll their names because of exceptional conditions need to ask for permission from the Department of Foreign Students, or their applications will be voided.
3.Types of Short-term Training Courses
Chinese Classes: The short-term classed are classified into primary class, medium class and advanced class in line with the students' level in Chinese.
Foreign Students will take 20 classes every week; the students will have classed in the morning from Monday to Friday; the students will have enough time to review the lessons or learn Chinese Kongfu such as Taiji in the afternoon; Foreign students also make tour to historical site in such places as Nanjing, Yangzhou, Wu Xi, Shanghai and so on; they will have chances to watch Video or performances.
Chinese History and Culture Classes: In major subjects including Chinese history, economics, trade, traditional culture lectured in Chinese or with interpreters. Students will be organized to visit factories, the countryside, residence spots and scenic spots and historical sites, which are helpful to or in connection with the class.
Law Class: Giving lectures on China 's Constitution, Civil Laws, Economic Laws, as well as laws and regulations concerned with Sino-foreign co-investment. In reference to the course contents, students will be organized to visit and talk to lowers, and as well as trials.
Naming Xiaozhuang University also holds other short-term courses of other subjects such as Computer Technology, Chinese Painting, Chinese Kongfu, and Chinese Cooking and so on for foreigners.
4.Major courses
A. Tuition for Chinese Language class
Four weeks ---- eleven weeks class US $80 per week per student
Eleven weeks--- sixteen weeks class US$60 per week per student
As to the fees, the friendly schools will be lower than stand.
B. Room rent
Regular room (public bathroom and kitchen; necessary furniture, TV set, refrigerator, air-conditioner and beddings) and Standard room: attached bathroom, furniture, bedding, television set, refrigerator, air-conditioner, telephone, carpet, beddings) US $ 3-6 per day per student. The University offer 30 unit free electricity every month per student. If the student uses the electricity over 30 units, he or she needs to pay for it him or herself.
C. Applying Fee: Group Applying US$ 40 per student; Individual US$50 per student
