Day by day itinerary
Day 1 Guangzhou-Yinchuan
Leave Guangzhou for Yinchuan. After visited the downtown, transfer to hotel for the night.
Day 2 Yinchuan-Ejinaqi
After breakfast, go to Ejinaqi by vehicle where on the way you can see Helanshan scenery, ancient Great Wall and Gebi desert. After lunch, take photograph of Swan Lake, and desert sun-set.
Day 3 Tugai Forest
Take photograph of sun-rise on desert, after that, go to Tugai Forest to record the extraordinary scenery by your camera.
Day 4 Black Water River
Take photograph of sun-rise near the Black Water River and then go to the dead Tugai Forest to appreciate another form of Tugai trees. After lunch, visit Ancient Black Water City ruins.
Day 5 Tugai Forest
Stay at Tugai Forest and let free your imagination to take photograph of sun-rise, Tugai trees and ancient ruins. After that, visit the biggest tree in Tugai Forest, the Tree god!
Day 6 Ejinaqi-Yinchuan
After breakfast, return to Yinchuan by vehicle and you can admire the desert scenery, yurts, sheep and wild camels on the road. After arrived, transfer to hotel for the night.
Day 7 Yinchuan
After breakfast, go to visit the East Pyramid-The Western Xia Kingdom Tomb. This is the royal garden of the Western Xia and it was built at the peak of its dynasty. After that, go to visit Shahu Lake Ecological tourist site by vehicle. This is the place gathered scenery of desert and water lakes, where you can admire the waving reed and jumping fishes. It’s the best ecotourism in China.
Day 8 Yinchuan-Guangzhou
Take plane back to Guangzhou and journey ends.
