Established in May, 2000, the College is involved in three first-level disciplines including Public Management, Business Administration & Library, and Informatics & Archival Science.
The College now has a staff of 43 members, including 34 full-time teachers and 7 management people and 2 counselors. Besides, there are 23 part-time teachers. Among the faculty members, it boasts 11 full professors, 13 associate professors, 17 lecturers with 8 Doctoral degrees, 3 granting Doctoral degree, and 22 Master degrees. In recent years, the College has pus great emphasize on scientific research. The faculty has published more than 250 papers, 6 monographs, 10 projects of National Social Science Fund and 15 projects on provincial and ministerial levels. About 20 kinds of titles have been entitled in various fields of scientific research achievements.
At present, there are 6 programs offered for Bachelors’ degree, covering Administrative Management, Public Management, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Designation Management, and Archival Science. It is running 4 master programs, namely Administrative Management, Social Security, Archival Science and Library. Administrative Management and Archival Science are regarded as the key-constructed disciplines in the college. The College now has an enrollment of nearly 3000 students.
The College aims to cultivate high quality talents who can accurately meet the needs of the society and increasingly developing economics. The College plays an active role in promoting teaching and education reform which has made great achievements. Many efforts will be made to promote the development of the college and rank it into a new step.

Entry requirements
For Bachelor’s degree:
Be 16-65 years old, senior high school graduate, HSK3~6 certificate, in good physical condition.
For Master’s degree:
Have Bachelor’s degree or above, HSK3~6 certificate, academic score list, 2 recommended letters from two associate professors or above, in good physical condition.
For Doctoral degree:
Have Master’s degree or above, HSK3~6 certificate, academic score list, 2 recommended letters from two associate professors or above, in good physical condition.
