Introduction to MBBS
Xuzhou Medical University is a renowned medical University of China imparting education in Chinese language to Chinese students and students from all over the world. A well chalked out curriculum already exists. Many students from other countries especially from Nepal, Pakistan and India are interested to get medical education in China but because of language problem and the problem of differences in the curricula, many of them do not feel comfortable after coming back to their parent countries. Moreover, since they have to appear in the entrance tests in their respective countries, it is necessary that a standard curriculum is designed to meet the needs of students coming fromother countries specially Nepal, Pakistan and India. Excellent teaching research and clinical facilities exist in Xuzhou Medical University, which the students could avail.
In order to get an opening in the renowned Xuzhou Medical University, it was thought worthwhile to start a new course in English medium. The authorities of the University have been very kind to grant permission to start the course and have assured to provide every facility required.
The facilities of classrooms, laboratories, museums, hostels already exist which the authorities have assured to extend. Some senior and experienced teacherscompetent to teach in English are also willing to extend their active help and cooperation. More senior and experienced as well as junior teachers would be sent from Nepal, Pakistan and India.
