ELIGIBILITY
· Be a non-Chinese citizen and not have a permanent residence in China;
· Apply for a Chinese university among the List of Universities below via China University Application Center;
· Be no older than 45 years old;
· Demonstrate intellectual and academic excellence with proven records;
· Satisfy Chinese Government requirements for international students' entry to China.
· Be able to take up the scholarship in the year for which it is offered;
· Have held or to be awarded a scholarship that would give similar benefits, including Chinese Government Scholarship for Foreign Students and any scholarship offered by China Universities;
· Have criminal or indecent records;
· Be from a country having not established any diplomatic relation with China.

IMPORTANT NOTES
· To seek more eligible students for top universities in China, we'll maximize the coverage of 2011 AT0086 Discipline Scholarships. ALL THE ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS WILL GET AT LEAST ￥600 SCHOLARSHIP.
· The applicant shall pay $80 Scholarship Evaluation Fee online via Paypal or Bank Transfer for expenses of scholarship evaluation by ASO and the universities concerned.
· Applicants for 2011 AT0086 Discipline-based Scholarships shall not apply for any other scholarship, including but not limited to Chinese Government Scholarship for Overseas Students and any scholarship provided by the universities.
· Any decision of ASO about the award or revocation of any scholarship shall be final.
· In cases where information supplied by candidates is found to be inaccurate or incorrect, an award offer may be revoked without notification.
· AT0086 reserves the right to interpret the Scholarship Scheme.
