The School of Architecture of Fuzhou University was founded on May, 18th, 2006, with its predecessor the Department of Architecture in the College of Civil Engineering & Architecture of Fuzhou University.
The School of Architecture has strong teaching resources, aiming to train senior architects and urban planers for society. The school now has 2 majors in Architecture (5 years) and Urban Planning (5 years). There are more than 400 students and 50 faculties, among whom 8 are (associate) professors and most of young teachers have got a master’d degree or doctoral degree.
The School of Architecture has 4 teaching departments (Department of Architecture, Department of Urban Planning, Teaching and Research Section of Architectural Technology, Teaching and Research Section of Architectonics), 4 scientific research institutions (Research Institute of Architectural History, Research Institute of Architectural Design, Research Institute of Architecture and Environmental Art, Research Institute of Architectural Technology) and an Experimental Teaching Center (Architectural Technology Comprehensive Lab, Urban Planning Techniques Lab, Computer Image Technology Lab, Architectural Construction Technology Lab, Lab of Architectural Surveying and Mapping and Photography, Art Constitution Lab, Model Lab, Sculpture Lab).
Up to the present, more than 500 undergraduates have been cultivated and delivered to all over China. Most of them now became senior technicians in the fields of Architectural design, education and scientific research.

Application Time
For international students, the academic year begins in September. The duration for application is from March 1st to June 30th.

Be above 18 years old and under the age of 35, senior high school graduate, HSK3 certificate or above, the copy of score list, in good health.
