(1) You can pay the whole amount for your whole stay at ONE time；
(2) You can also pay a room reservation fee of RMB 1000 in advance, and pay the remaining amount monthly. Monthly payment should be completed 25th -30th the month before. If you check-out before your scheduled date, the 1000 RMB fee and remainder of the month’s rent won’t be refunded.
(3) If you stay longer than scheduled period, the extra days will be charged according to the favored student price .
*Items and supplies：In each room we supply basic furniture, bed supplies, air conditioner, electric thermos flask, safety deposit box, telephone, TV set and internet portal.
How to get to NJU
If you start from Nanjing Railway Station, you can take the bus No. 13 and get off at Yunnan Road Station, then walk ahead for about 20m, you will get NJU.
Or you can take a taxi directly to NJU, and it will cost you about 20RMB.
Also, you can choose to take the subway to Gulou Station and then take a taxi, and it will cost you about 9RMB.
If you start from Nanjing Loukou National Airport, you can first take the bus of the airport (25RMB) and then transfer to a taxi (25RMB). Or you can take a taxi directly, and it will cost you about 180-200RMB.
