2012 year ministry of finance in the western region (municipal, state, union) finance director training class opens in our university

Huang Ying first expressed her warm welcome to all the students on behalf of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He briefly introduced our university’s development history of 95 years and achievements made by school of continuing education in high-level none degree course education. Vice president Huang Ying pointed out that the training class held this time had a important realistic significance, it is aimed at helping the students to emancipate the mind, change concepts, exchange experience, increase the understanding, increase awareness of carrying out National macroscopic fiscal policy, and improve pronational knowledge and comprehensive leadership and promote harmony development of western region’s economics and society in stages of nation’s “Twelfth Five-Year plan implemention through experts’ theoretical explanation and rich social practice. Vice president Huang Ying wishes all students learn something and enjoy theirselves in SUFE.

Xv Xiang on behalf of the ministry of finance cadre education department expressed warm congratulation to the open of the training class. He pointed out that opening finance director training class , the fiirst is to put Twelfth Five-Year plan in to practice and move the west development to next stage; the second is to make the use of fisical policy to promote coordinated development of regional economic; and the last is to strengthen construction of talents in western area so as to meet the training demand of western area’s financial leading cadres. He hoped that students could take this rare chance to study by heart, strengthen communication, successfully complete the training with considering on-the-spot investigation and discussion variety and so on variety form
