I. Application Categories and Admission Requirement:
1．Application Categories
Chinese language (without time required)
Bachelor’s Degree Programs:
Arts, Science and Engineering, art, P.E. (4 academic years)
Medicine (5 academic years)
Master’s Degree Programs (3 academic years)
General Scholar (a half year-2 years)
Senior Scholar (a half year-2 years)
2. Admission Requirement
(1)Chinese language student must hold a diploma being equal to Chinese senior high school graduation certificate or above it.
(2)Bachelor’s Degree Program:
Students holding the diploma of senior high school:
After obtaining the required HSK marks (band 6 for arts, band 3 for science, art and medicine), the students may enter the colleges and begin major courses studying.
The students majoring in Chinese language and literature may begin the 2nd-year education as undergraduate after they are qualified in one year’s Chinese language studying.
Students holding a diploma of technological academy or college students:
The students holding technological academy diploma can be considered as junior after passing the required HSK test.
College students can choose their original majors and continue their education after passing the required HSK test.
(3) Master’s Degree Program:
Bachelor Degree, college transcripts, and two recommendation letters from associate professors or professors are required.
II、Application Process:
1. Applicants who want to come to Beihua University for studying can contact with local recruitment agency
2. Applicant should mail Personal Resume, International Students Application Form of Beihua University, Graduation Certificate, Degree Certificate and Transcripts to International Students Office.
3. Applicants will receive “JW202 Visa Application Form” and “Admission Notification” after they are enrolled by Beihua University.
4. Applicants should take the JW202 Form and Admission Notification to Chinese Embassy or Consulate General to apply for Student Visa (X Visa).
5. Applicants who apply for studying in China more than six months must complete the Physical Examination for Foreigner in his/her own country’s national hospital. (Note: Applicant shall bring original report of AIDS Disease check, blood test of syphilis check, electrocardiogram and chest X-Ray check to China). If applicants’ physical examination goes beyond valid period of 6 months or unqualified, they should be required to take the physical examination again in China.
6. Applicants shall come to Beihua University within the appointed date. If you need to be picked up, please notify us arrival time of your flight (Changchun Longjia International Airport) or train (Jilin City Railway Station). Applicants should pay for transportation expenses by themselves.
