· Candidates for BJOU and enrollment qualification
Bachelor education (starting from diploma students): anyone who has certificates or equivalent certificates of diploma education or above.
Diploma education: anyone who graduates from regular high schools, vocational high schools, technical secondary schools, etc.
Candidates for nursing and medicine must be on-the-job sanitary staff, who graduate from technical secondary schools. Candidates for nursing must receive certificate for nursing.
· Enrollment Time
There are spring and summer semesters each year. Spring enrollment starts from November of the previous year to the middle of February of the term; summer enrollment starts from June to the middle of August of the term.
· Enrollment and registration
Anyone who signs up will be looked through due to the enrollment qualifications and will be enrolled after passing the placement examination. Students with the notice of enrollment go to branch schools for registration.
· Tuition
Tuition for all majors will be decided by higher-up institutions. BJOU will offer various scholarships to award excellent students.
· Plans and implementation of teaching
Plans of teaching for each major will be issued by China Central Radio and Television University, which opens major courses, and unifies teaching outlines, textbooks, exams, and grading standards. The course of English and computer science for every major will be examined by the Ministry of Education.
Bachelor students who graduate from diploma education of another major will study related courses and pass their exams.
· Graduation and accreditation
BJOU carries out the system of credits which are valid during the period of 8 years. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, students of bachelor and diploma education for 2 years must study 2.5 years, and receive certificates, which are acknowledged by the country and registered online by the Ministry of Education after reaching the graduation standards.
