Kam Tin Walled Village is an old castle surrounded by a city wall and moat. With a history of 500 years, this village developed from a Deng
’s family, and all villagers are offspring of Deng family. Man Mo Temple was originally built in 1891by local farmers as their office to handle the public affairs, and was made a temple for the God of Literature and God of Power in 1954.
Near by the temple is a street full of food stores where you can try the local snack. Lam Tsuen Wishing Tree is an old tree. It is believed that t this tree can help people to make “All Shall be well, Jack Shall have Jill.” Just try it!
