Day 01: Arrive in Chengdu

Upon your arrival at Chengdu, you will be greeted by Access China Tour representative holding a signboard with your names on it. Transfer to 5*Sheraton hotel (SD) 

Day 02: Chengdu

Highlight of the day is to sightsee: Visit to Jinsha Musuem, Browse Kuanzhai Lane Pedestrain street, enjoying a cup of tea at local famous tea house. A dazzling Sichuan Face-changing & local show at Shufengyayun Threatre will be a perfect ending of the day(B.L.D) 

Day 03: Chengdu/Shangli Old Town/Bifengxia Panda Base

After breakfast, drive 3-hour to Bifengxia Panda Base. On route, make a stop at Shangli Old Town Bifengxia Panda Base It situate in 8 kilometers from Ya’an City, 150 kilometers from Chengdu.  Check in local best available Hongzhu hotel(B)

 Day 04 - Day 06: Bifengxia

After breakfast, walk or transfer to Panda Base for procedure of volunteering work. For details on the volunteer work, please refers to the following (B)

Job assignments for volunteers:
1. The assistant of China panda keeper
There will be a short days training. The time depends on the training steps.
a. There is one keeper will become your teacher, and please follow your teacher’s instruction.
b. Clean the bedroom and the garden for the giant panda.
c. Prepare food, such as: carrot, apples, panda bread and biscuit. Also carry the bamboo.
d. Sometimes, you should help the scientists to collect the behavior data.
e. Sometimes, you should help the veterinary to do the medicine care for the panda.
2. The clerk of Panda Club
There will be a short days training. The time depends on the training steps.
a. The typist, help the staff type the documents.
b. The translator, translate the web pages, and some daily documents.
c. The web designer, help the staff design and develop the website.
3. The interpreter of panda garden
There will be a short days training. The time depends on the training steps.
a. Introduce the giant panda research, such as: the breeding, hand-rearing, Husbandry, enrichment and so on.
b. Introduce the giant panda research cooperation, such as: with The States, Japan, Austria, Thailand and so on, also the development of all of these co-operations.
c. Introduce all the giant pandas, the different habit, behavior, experience of each giant panda.
d. Introduce all the buildings and their function. 
e. Tell the stories of the giant panda for the visitors.

Volunteer Working hour:  8:00-11:45 & 14:30 – 17:30 (summer)

Day 07: Bifengxia - Chengdu              
Our diver will meet you at 10:00 - 10:30, then you will be sent back to Chengdu airport for your next destination. Service ends. (B)
