The College of Storage & transportation and Architectural is the key department of China University of Petroleum. Currently it covers 6 programs for bachelor’s degree, one first-class program and 5 second-class programs for master’s degree, 3 programs for doctoral degree. The College owns a great number of advanced equipments for teaching and research, and practicing bases outside the campus for professional teaching.
At present, it covers 4 departments, including Department of Storage & Transportation Engineering, Department of Architectural Engineering, Department of Engineering Mechanics, and Department of Thermal Power Engineering. There are 4 research institutes, 2 key discipline laboratories of “211 Project”, one first-class status laboratory of Shandong Province and other laboratories for students of Thermal Power Engineering and Civil Engineering in the college. Owning a group of work talents among whom there are 40 full professors and associate professors, which have a percentage of 52 and there are 90% of faculties are master’s degree and 30% are doctoral degree.
The College owns a number of 2337 undergraduate students, 235 postgraduate students, 17 doctoral students and 50 postgraduate students of Engineering. By recent years, it provides a great number of over 3700 alumni for the fields of China Petroleum, Institutes of scientific research, armies and even endemic enterprises or careers. What’s more, it puts great emphasize on establishing wide relationships and corporations with domestic and international universities in academic exchange and co-operation.

Application time
The application for bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, doctoral degree: the applicants should apply 2 months before the academic semester begins.
The spring semester begins on February 20. The fall semester begins on September 1.
Entry requirements
For Bachelor’s degree: the applicants should have senior high school certificate or equivalent, score list,2 recommendation letters written by 2 professors, HSK certificate and application form.
For master’s degree: the applicants should have university diploma and certificate or above, score list, a recommendation letter written by 2 professors, HSK certificate and application form.
For doctoral degree:the applicants should have master’s degree or equivalent, score list, a recommendation letter written by 2 professors, HSK 6 certificate and application form.
