Day 1 Chengdu/Tibet
Take a train form Chengdu to Lhasa.
Accommodation: Lhasa
Day 2 Potala Palace/Jokhang Temple/Barkhor Street
In the morning visit Potala Palace, in the afternoon visit Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street.
Accommodation: Lhasa
Day 3 Lhasa/Basum Lake/Nyingchi
Proceed to Basum Lake, one of the holy lakes in Tibet. Then go to Nyingchi, enjoy the beautiful view of Niyang River Valley and virgin forest on the way.
Accommodation: Bayi Town
Day 4 Nyingchi/Lhasa
In the morning visit the 2500 years old Big Cypresses. Then back to Lhasa. You may also visit the Tibetan family.

Day 5 Lhasa/Dazhuka/Shigatse
After breakfast proceed to Shigatse, passing through Xuegula Mounatain, Donggula Mountain and Dazhuka.

Day 6 Shigatse/Lhasa
In the morning visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, in the afternoon back to Lhasa along Brahmaputra River. Free for your own leisure after arrival.

Day 7 Lhasa/Yangbajing Hot Spring
In the morning visit Yangbajing Hot Spring, after lunch proceeds to Nyainqentanglha Range, You may take souvenir photos here. Back to Lhasa in the evening and visit Barkhor Street.

Day 8 Lhasa/Chengdu
Take a flight in the morning to Chengdu. Journey ends.
