-Day 1: Beijing
Picked up at the airport and transferred to 4 star hotel. Adjust yourselves from jet lag by enjoying free time on your own.

-Day 2: Beijing(B,L,SD)
After breakfast visit Tian’anmen square, the largest city square in the world and the Forbidden City(the Palace Museum), an imperial palace where 24 Chinese emperors of Ming Dynasty(1368-1644) and Qing Dynasty(1644-1911) resided and ruled China. After lunch, you will visit the neighborhood of the old section of the city, by going into the small lanes and visiting the local family. Afterwards visit the Capital Museum , where you can see the most valuable artifacts of Beijing. Beijing roast duck is served for a welcome dinner in the most famous duck dinner restaurant first built 130 years ago.

-Day 3: Beijing(B,L)
Today’s tour starts by visiting the Great Wall, the only man-made construction that could be seen by naked eyes from outer space. After lunch in the local branch of the Friendship store, continue your tour to visit the Sackler Museum, founded by a famous American scholar in Beijing University.

-Day 4: Beijing-Zhengzhou(B,L)
Fly to Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan Province, an important province in the central China with a long history. Met at the airport there and start a visit to the provincial museum where the museum scholar will present you a lecture.

-Day 5: Zhengzhou-Luoyang(B,L)
After breakfast today, you are taking a train to Luoyang, one of the ancient capital cities in China. On the way there, pay a visit to Shaolin Temple, the Mekka of the Chinese Martial Arts. Upon the arrival at Luoyang, check into the hotel.

-Day 6: (B,L)
Longmen (dragon gate) Grotto is today’s highlight. First built more than 1,400 years ago, it is a good place to obtain more understanding of the Chinese Buddhist arts and carvings. After lunch visit the Ancient Tomb Museum. In the city of Luoyang, many ancient tombs were excavated in 1990’s. Some of them are open to the public.

-Day 7: Luoyang-Xi’an(B,L)
Luoyang Museum is a place exhibiting many clay and ceramic wares unearthed locally. After the visit there, take train to Xi’an, a large city in the Northwest China, used to be the capital of China in Qin Dynasty(221 B.C.), Hang Dynasty( 2,000 years ago) and Tang Dynasty (1,400 years ago).

-Day 8 Xi’an(B,L,SD)
Start a tour to the city wall, the best preserved ancient city wall in China, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Provincial Museum, one of the best museums in China, offering you a wide range of antiques in terms of different periods of time. Enjoy Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in the evening.

-Day 9:Xi’an (B,L,D)
Today’s highlight is the Terra Cotta Museum, home to more than 6,000 life-size terra cotta warriors and horses excavated from the tomb of the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty. After lunch, visit the Neolithic Village of Banpo which contains relics from the earliest known inhabitants of China. A Dumpling Banquet in the evening.

-Day10: Xi’an-Wuhan(B,L)
In the morning take a flight to Wuhan, where you are going to visit the Yellow Crane Tower and the Provincial Museum. In the museum, you will have the chance to take a glance at the ancient bronze excavates and listen to the music played out of the copy of the ancient bronze musical instruments.

-Day11:Wuhan-Shanghai(B,L)
Fly to Shanghai, known as the Paris in orient. After picked up at the airport, the sight seeing starts with the Jade Buddha Temple, famous for its large statue of Buddha carved out of a single piece of white jade. After Yu Garden which is located in the middle of the old section of the city, take a leisure walk along the Bund, a famous promenade along Huangpu River.

-Day12(B,L)
-Full day excursion to Suzhou, visit the Tiger Hill to the thousand years’ old leaning Pagoda in the morning, and cruising along the Grand Canal. Visit Suzhou museum, an ingenious structure designed by I.M.Pei where you will be amazed at its abundant exhibitions.

-Day13: Shanghai(B,L)
Shanghai Museum is one of the best museums in China, giving you a complex exhibition in terms of different category.

-Day14: (B)
Today fly back home.
