Bedding
Bedding, bedlinen and towels are not provided in University flats. You will therefore need to supply these items yourself (such as a duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillowcases, blankets, sheets and towels).
Bedding packs, comprising of a sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow and pillowcase, can be purchased from the University (400RMB).
Bathrooms
The majority of international students’ dormitories have shared bathroom, however there are a few Large Single Room has en-suited (private) bathroom (shower room) (comprising shower, WC and sink, water heater).

Cooking facilities
This is self-catering accommodation and public kitchens are equipped with the following items:
- Four-ring electric cookers (only International Accommodation Block B provides)
- Extractor hood
- Basin
- Storage Cupboard
Laundry
Students have access to, coin-operated, onsite laundry facilities.
Cleaning and housekeeping
Kitchens are cleaned daily, Monday - Sunday.
Stairs and hallways are cleaned everyday.
Please note that all of our accommodation is non-smoking, this includes e-cigarettes.
Utilities
All utility bills included (except internet fee and TV network fee). There is an average allowance of electricity but overuse can result in additional charges
