Teaching Objectives
1. General understanding of the history and development of Chinese culture
2. The ability to observe the relationship between different calligraphy works and the dynasties they belong to
Class Content
1. Explanation of the history and development through books, pictures, movies and videos.
2. Analysis of the representative works in each dynasty and the stories or legends behind them
3. Visit to some famous places in Nanjing where you can enjoy some Chinese calligraphy works in original forms.
Class Size
Class is given in small group, with about 15 students in one class.
Class Time and Length
Class Time: Class is available on every Monday.
Class Length: half a day
Tuition Fee
The tuition fee for one class is 150 RMB.
Note: you will need to pay for some other types of fees such as transportation fee during the class.
