Being focused on the practical techniques of make Chinese pastries, this training course will teach you the authentic skills in cooking traditional pastries loved by most Chinese.
Class Contents
The whole course contains 30 classes with 4 classes for theory study, 15 classes for model lesson and 9 classes for students’ practical operation.
1. Theory of Chinese pastries including formation and development of Chinese pastries, general materials used for Chinese pastries, etc.
2. Systematic study of pastries skills including steaming, frying, baking and
boiling, etc.
3. Practical operation for skills of making small steamed bun, Tangyuan, stretched noodles, and pastries with different fillings.
Class Size
Class is given in small group class with 10-20 students in one class.
Class Time and Length
Class time: Monday to Sunday (09:00—12:00 for the morning class or 14:00—17:00 for the afternoon class)
Class length: one month
Tuition Fee
3,000 RMB per student (1,500 RMB is for the materials used in the class)
Note: free clothes for your study in the school will be available. You will need to pay for the accommodation and food additionally.
