A: Apply Time and Term Begin
　a, Undergraduate Students:
Apply Time: 1st April ------ 1st July
Term Begin: 1st September
　b, Graduate Students:
Apply Time: 1st March ------ 1st June

　c, Language Refresher Students, Short Period Students, General Refresher Students, Senior Refresher Students and Graduates can apply any time.

B: Apply Procedures
Appliers can directly ask for the Foreign Students Application Form of Inner Mongolian University for Nationalities to the College of International Exchange Of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities or other Non-resident department which are authorized to recruit by Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities, send back the filled material to the College and following attached:
(1). Notes of Foreigner’s Body Examination (Offer the duplication and self photo needed on the form),
(2). The original and translated text of non-criminal by the country you lived,
(3). School report card of the highest academic (duplication)
(4). Self-resume
(5). The highest academic certification (duplication)
(6). Passport duplication
(7). 8 photos recently (the same norms as passport)
Notes: Besides the above thing, the GRADUATES must take two letters of two professors or associate professors.
Enrollment
  
(1). After hearing of the application and checked in, the college of International Exchange will send the Enrollment of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities and the visa application form to China (JW202) to you before 15th July in the year.

(2). The people who were enrolled bring the Enrollment and Form of JW202 to the Chinese Embassy where you live to deal with the visa for China. After that, you can take the enrollment, record of body check, non-criminal original and translated texts record, the highest academic duplication, school report card, duplication of certification, passport duplication, self- resume, 8 photos recently to report for arrival to the college of International Exchange on time.

Remarks:
(1) The students should pay for the tuition and fees for accommodation in the first week when the new term begins. The fees will not be returned if the students discontinue, expel from school or transfer to another school after collecting the fees.
(2) a.The foreign student flats provide kitchen for public use; there are bathroom (washing room), desk, and telephone and ADSL splitter in every room.
　  b. Articles for beds are supplied freely such as quilt, sheet, pillowcase and woolen blanket.
